Er... Not to seem stupid, but exactly how do you use your game hub and games?

Once you download and unpack the files, where do you put them and what do you click to start it all up?

I figured it out for the regular Sexscript files, but not for this.

Thanks.

Make sure you get the "Game Hub" first, as this includes most of the sounds, images, etc. you need. Then get any or all of the games you want from that same list.

When you start SexScripts, load the Game Hub script and it will give you a menu choice. Everything else should make sense from there!

Just let me know if you get it working or need more help.

What I wanted to know is where you put the scripts and images for game hud and the games?

Do they go into same folder as the other "groovy" files and the same images folder for Sexscripts, or in folders of their own?

My problem is that I can start the game hud, but it doesn't "see" the games, so I don't know if I have the files in the right place!

Thanks.

Just unpack the zip files to your base SexScripts folder and it should put everything where they need to go. If you are doing it manually, though, use the following guide:

SCRIPTS:
scripts -> Banjo

*except* implements.groovy which goes in:
scripts -> system

If using Wheel of Discipline, the .txt files go in:
scripts -> Banjo -> Quiz

IMAGES:
Use the subfolders they are already in, so:
images -> cards
images -> dice
images -> opponents

*except* implements.png and logo.png which go in the base images folder.

SOUNDS:
As in their zip file, so either:
sounds
or
sounds -> spanks

OTHERS:
run_games.bat goes in your base SexScripts folder.

TIPS:
Again, the folder structure should just be kept as it is in the zips, to make things easier.

Let me know if you're still having trouble getting it to run after putting the files in their right places.

Hi.

I did have a problem with the "Guess the number" game.

After several guesses, the girl would suddenly announce that she knew my number and would post it and declare herself the winner of the round....but, the number she posted would be wrong. And there is no way to say she is wrong, so you have to take the fail to move on with the game.

If she doesn't get the number right, we should always be able to tell her that, right?

Thanks for the feedback there. To be honest, that's the one game that still kind of puzzles me, and the code is incredibly complex (way beyond anything I could do). Maybe the bug was in the original, or maybe I broke something in expanding it (more likely), but I'd likely need the original author to help find the issue.

As it is, I don't think I've ever won that game; all the other games, I feel I have a slim-to-good chance at doing okay, but Guess The Number (even the original version) destroys me every single time.

That said, I would definitely be open to help fixing the bug you found, or at least adding a "no, that's not my number!" option if folks didn't feel it could be abused?

Game Hub and Wheel of Discipline have been updated (1.8 and 1.7 respectively), renaming some of the sounds used to prevent issues with other user-added sounds (they are now more clearly named).

You will need to update both these scripts if you have problems with either of them.

Hi Banjo,

I'm getting an error when running "Hundred Points - Enhanced Edition", just as the first dice is rolled.

Can you check if you also get it?

Thanks.

I just tested the same script (via GameHub) and it worked fine for me. Given the error and when it happened, I am almost certain it's related to the "draw the die on top of the picture" command that gets called when you roll the die.

Can I ask what platform/OS you are using? Is that the above info (Windows 10, Java 1.8.0_66)? It sounds like a Java error, but I'm not really sure how to troubleshoot that. Maybe it's caused by Windows 10, as I use Windows 7 x64 myself (with Java 1.8.0_66 too).

Have you played Four Heroes or Spank Blackjack yet? I'm curious if that causes a similar error for you or not, since they use a similar command to show the cards.

Worst case, I can remove the "die images" from Hundred Points EE if it fails for other people; it is just a cosmetic thing and not really needed for the script to play.

Quickly seing the error message
Quote:
groovy.lang.MissingMethodException: No signature of method: ss.FullScript_Banjo_hundredpoints.setImage() is applicable for argument types: ([B, java.lang.Integer) values: [[-119, 80, 78, 71, 13, 10, 26, 10, 0, 0, ...], ...]

It is a call from inside a closure (a function) to setImage() with a byte[] (a byte array) and an integer as parameters.

It is rightful to do so since the API 5 or 6 (2014, 2015), so perhaps an old release of SexScripts ?
