I have slightly reworked m1's Random JOI Script, the following has been reworked and added:

- the script is now available in German and English
- It is now possible to add German and English language video urls
- You can choose whether you want German or English videos to be output
- dead urls have been removed
- video ID number was adjusted to the correct number again
- Added German video URLs
