I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel here, so let's go with these rules and get started!

It would be easiest for me if you PM me your tournament ID and let me know you want to participate.

If we have enough people, we can start games this Thursday May 2nd, if we need more, let's start Thursday May 9th. Just an FYI - as admin, I will not be participating. You've all seen me naked enough times anyway!

Let me know if there's something you absolutely/positively need changed in the rules. (Or if I totally screwed something up!)

Rules
Rules: 4 week (round) tournament.

1. Each contestant must post an introduction in this thread. The post should contain a proposed “worst fear” forfeit that is possible to do and within personal limits. The forfeit should contain elements of exposure, humiliation, and pain. The contestant should briefly explain why the forfeit is adequate and why it would be something they would dread doing. Other players can contest the proposal if it doesn’t seem worth of the “worst fear” forfeit.

2. Each tournament game is played like a normal Spin-the-Bottle game, and all players must complete any spankings, forfeits, or pillory pictures according to the normal rules of the game. The pillory, spanking bench, and “double down” forfeit can be risked at the player’s discretion.

3. In order to accommodate different time zones, each round will be played over the course of one week. Within the three days (Thurs - Sat), each contestant must play a tournament round of Spin-the-Bottle. On Sundays, I’ll publish a list of the scores.

4. The contestant(s) with the lowest score(s) will perform forfeits. The number of players to perform forfeits will be determined by how many players are in the tournament. Each round will have the same number of contestants performing forfeits (if possible). The final round will be played between the two remaining contestants. Examples: If there are 8 contestants, the will be two players performing forfeits each round. 10 contestants, 3 will perform forfeits each round. (If there is an uneven number of contestants, the first round will have more contestants performing forfeits. )

5. In the event of a tie for the lowest score, the player with the lowest overall score (considering all rounds played) will be the loser. If there’s a tie again (of if it’s the first round) both players will be the loser and must complete the forfeit. Once a player loses a round, they are out of the game and excluded from future rounds. However, they still risk being selected by the winner for a forfeit.

6. Once a round is complete and scores are posted, a new round will begin and the stakes will increase. (This will actually give everyone a few more days to play their next round.) At the same time, the loser of the previous round will have four days to complete the public forfeit and submit that to the forum. (Forfeits for the round must be complete by Wednesday midnight.)

7. The contestant(s) with the lowest score for each round will need to complete the round forfeit and upload a video. The video is to remain public until the stated end of the tournament. Each round forfeit will also include a penalty that’s determined by the point difference between the loser(s) and the player with the lowest score who is not required to perform the forfeit. The minimum point difference is ten, just to ensure there’s actually a penalty.

8. The loser(s) of the first round will be required to post a video to PornHub (or similar site) starting fully dressed and then stripping completely naked. Once naked the loser will turn around slowly to give the audience a clear view of their whole body. They’ll then need to get stimulate themselves while standing, Guys- get an erection, then maintain an erection for one second for each point difference. Gals - stimulate yourselves for 2 seconds for each point difference.

9. The loser(s) of the second round will be required to record the same stripping video followed by a spanking, with five swats for each point difference. Swats must be firm, and other contestants can contest the video if the spanking doesn’t seem to be whole-hearted. Again, the video will be uploaded to a public site for everyone to see.

10. The loser(s) of the third round will be required to record the stripping video followed by: Guys -ball busting. A sock with a fruit (or similar) should be used to firmly hit the balls once for each point difference. Again, hits must be firm, and other contestants can contest the video if the ball busting doesn’t seem to be whole-hearted. Gals - Nipple twisting. Make sure we can tell you feel it! As usual, the video will be uploaded to a public site for everyone to see.

11. The final round will be played by the two players with the highest score in the third round. The loser of the final round will need to complete the “worst fear” forfeit within one week. The worst fear forfeit will remain in place for 1 week after posting.

12. The winner of the final round gets to choose one of the contestants to perform a forfeit of his choice. The contestant can agree, or request a different forfeit if not possible or outside of his limits. That player will also have one week to complete the forfeit. The forfeit will remain in place for 1 week after posting.

I'm assuming that no face is required in the previous videos. So this one would require full face to be shown throughout, normally a limit for me. I'll be on my knees in the video with no fewer than a dozen clothes pegs attached to my body. I'll stroke to edge and then remove the clothespins one at a time while edging. If you are wondering about the difference between guys and gals in round 1, it was my (probably incorrect) assumption that the guys would take some time to stimulate themselves to arousal. Thus the extra time.

Maybe we should have a "work up time" for the guys instead? Just trying to be fair. Would love to make this as open to all as possible.

My worst case forfeit: if required to complete my worst case forfeit i will strip nude, and standing in front of the camera with face visible I will introduce myself (first name and city). I will explain why I have to complete the forfeit. I will then give myself 20 hard smacks with a wooden paddle. I thought about the worst fear forfeit for a while because I wanted to come up with something I was actually afraid of having to do. I have several more in mind for future tourneys, but I think this one will work well. If I lose this forfeit, I will post 2 separate videos, 1 will cover humiliation, 1 will cover pain, the act of posting them for all of you to see will cover exhibition. Hi! Are we starting a game this week? Also, when we were testing the tournament a few weeks ago it was a dropdown option in the script. I no longer see that. Do I need to download a new version or are we doing it a different way?

The one I sent you was in my outbox when I last saw it. I'm guessing they sit there until the server runs a task to send messages in everyone's outbox to limit strain on the server. That's my guess anyways.

At this point it's up to you all. We have 5 people who have responded, and 3 "Worst case" forfeits. Still need worst case from scottk and kiester.
I have to say you all set the bar REALLY high. Doesn't mean others have to match that, as long as they push themselves!
So we could do a small tournament to see how this works, with 1 loser per round, or wait for more.

I'll check in tomorrow morning.

As far as dropdown option, I never saw that. Of course that could be because I can't send PM's to NIFOC99, who had a different admin script.

The way it works for me right now, I set up your tourny ID so the next game you play is scored for the tourny. Then I collect your score, and we reset. Before your first spin it will be obvious that it's a tournament game.

Im good with whatever. Id like to see a couple more players at least but maybe people are looking too see how it all works out. Ill jump in and play a game tomorrow or Saturday and if we are playing then score it. If not it will provide a chance to test it all out.
