Hi, not sure if this is a fault with me or with the script. But I've uploaded the collateral and had it validated, yet when I click on the 'report to courtroom' it says that there has been an error with my collateral and will need to either upload new one or check the file .. images\courtroom\received I've checked and it is there so not sure what the issue is.

Hi locked_sissy224, did you upload your collateral just now or was it a longer time ago? If an image isn't accessed for some time, dotis server will scale it down, making it unrecognizable. Pictures like these can't be used anymore to force users, to take the punishment. To mend this problem, the courtroom-script downloads your collateral when you submit to court. If the downloaded version has been scaled down, it will output a message starting with: 'It seems, your collateral is destroyed. Because of this you can't submit to court until you fixed the problem'. As an additional benefit your collateral stays in use and won't be scaled down, if you submit to court from time to time. One earlier Version of the collateral is kept in the file 'images/courtroom_collateral'. If you see the Message for the first time, this is your original collateral and you may just reupload it. If you try it several times, this file may also contain the scaled down version. This is just a guess. When submitting a photo for collateral (either by webcam or image upload) I get the following error message and then the script ends... "Error No such property: user_id for class: ss.FullScript_courtroom" Thanks in advance!

Although this might help in some cases, it may raise conflicts at some other level.

If a user chooses to delete his or her collateral, then we currently just "forget" the image-id and wait for the image to become unrecognizable. So a longer retention-time will help the users who chose to keep theyr collateral filed but will be a disadvantage in other cases.

The image is downloaded on the user device before showing, and those local copies are not blurred. Forgetting the image id is the good way to go, but anyway the image won't be deleted.

Hi Kiester, currently I don't know what is causing the trouble. In order to narrow it down, there are some additional questions. Is 'I couldn't read the entire link' the error message you got or a remark by you? Did you just try it once or did the problem occur several times? At which part of the script did this happen (submitting to court, uploading evidence...)? By the way, it's not a wise idea to publish your userid in the forum as it could allow other people to impersonate you in the courtroom-script. So you may want to modify your post and take it out.

Tried many times. It appears as though it's when it tries uploading to the server all of the info. The link appears to be the same link I find in the data.properties file.

Hi Kiester, you have been banned because none of the fotos you submitted as evidence were your own. You took them from the internet, photoshopped them and posted it in courtroom. When investigating it we even found the revenge-porn gallery you took your collateral from before photoshopping in the number. I have to admit, you did a good job in manipulating some of the images.
