I am have released this in test mode.

I have made a lot of fundamental changes to the way the script operates which should help it to load faster on less powerful devices.
Fixed several bugs that were reported
Fixed several bugs I found when making the updates
Changes a lot of text that seemed repetitive and/or unnatural to the flow
Made some fixes to the timing of the spanks
Made changes to the way that assignments are handled

Anyone who would like to test over the next 2 or three days, please help out!

If you want to just run though the script several times maybe hitting buttons or doing offenses that you don't normally do, please feel free.

Here is the best way to go about this without messing up your configuration.

Prior to downloading the new version:
in the directory Sexscripts/scripts rename DisciplineClinic to DisciplineClinic_bak - This is to preserve the last version of the script in case testing goes poorly and you want to revert to the previous.

in the directory Sexscripts/ make a copy of your data file and name it data-real - This preserves your data file so that it's not impacted by the testing.

Once testing is complete and the script goes "live", swap the data files again (rename data to data-test and rename data-real back to data). This will get you back to the original data file for real use. As an added bonus, this will give you a test data file to you in case you just want to mess around or test stuff without impacting your normal use data file.

Bug 1: In settings: select Offense Levels/ adjust level of one offense/back(crash)
(same when modifying one offense record)
(note reloading script brings you back to the settings menu)

Bug2 : In clinic selected offense of "Ignored Chores" clinic assigned me a random Mistress(Gigi,Kym).
After the introduction I told her I wanted a different mistress which caused:
"Error no signature on method:ss.FullScript_DisciplineClinic_punish.waitRoom() i
s applicable for argument types:() values:[] Possible solutions:wait(),wait(long),wait(long,int)"

Bug 3: After completing a session, I went back twice in less than an hour to trigger a severe session.
After an hour (I edited all the times in data.properties) I went back for the session which resulted in crash
I've attached the data.property lines with DisciplineClinic and DisciplineClinicTMP in separate files for convenience.
Crash always occurs after receptionist when either the DisciplineClinic line or both sets of lines are used.

Bug1: Fixed - This had to do with a last minute structural change while doing the import. Poor execution on my part, good find.

Regarding the note, since this is now multiple scripts, reloading won't work. It will just reload whichever script you are in. You'll need to do a "file->open" if you want to start over.

Bug3: I can't seem to be able to re-produce this.

Just to make sure I'm doing it right, here are the steps I followed.

Finished a session
Went immediately back in and got a warning for showing up too soon
Went immediately back in again and go assigned a punishment for not following the rules
Rolled back lastCompletedSessionTime in data file so that it would appear that it's been more than an hour since my visit
When I do this things worked as expected for me. I'm assigned a punishment for disobeying the rules of the clinic and things go as normal.

Also, want to understand where exactly you saw the problem and how the program behaved. You said right after the reception...so for this punishment she should send you straight back without going into the waiting room. At this time a whole bunch of data loads so if you are playing on a lower powered device it may look like a freeze, but it's actually just continuing to load.

Potentially it was a error with the structure of the different scripts that I fixed in Bug1. Could you please re-download the script with my new fixes and try again?

Thanks for the update, I've tried normal routine a few times, but will focus henceforth on the corner cases. I'll try to test the assignments next.
I had a weird one where I chose to be punished for watching too much porn, and first it told me to choose disciplinarian but then jumped to the standard porn-viewing questions. It happened only once and haven't managed to reproduce but I'll keep my eye open. It might have been as I was playing with a copy of my in-use profile, and then I swapped to a new profile.

I have to say it does start up super quick now, compared to before. Thanks for that.

I understand that other than bug fixes and code optimisation you didn't add any content, correct?

Hi there Doc. Thanks for testing! I did throw in a few sprinkles that you may encounter (actually had 1 person notice and write me), but nothing major.

Just re-uploaded a fix that was affecting linux/android users.

I've had a couple of people now doing the same thing while testing. Just to let everyone know if you are not familiar. Please do not select "Script->Reload" when starting the script over. You will need to use "File->Open" to open the script again. Reloading just reloads whatever the current script it and since this is now broken up into multiple scripts, you will get some very strange behavior.

I have re-submitted the script with some new fixes.

I have downloaded it twice, but each time I seem to be missing the image files.

So I've noticed a few things so far. Here's what I've encountered that I would consider a bug.

Offenses around the house >> 'Waisted' should be 'Wasted'

First session >> Masturbating at school, masturbating without permission, orgasm without permission, all disciplinarians are with another client.

Session number 3 in series >> Serious offense >> All disciplinarians with another client

Also I'm pretty sure this isn't a bug, but I thought I would mention it. When you are speaking with the disciplinarian and they tell you to strip they sometimes give you 15 seconds to undress so tell you to do it this instant. I exceeded the time by quite a bit and it doesn't appear that there's any tracking for the time it takes to undress. I believe in the previous version they said something similar and no time was implemented, but I'm not 100%.

This may also not be a bug but Audrey spanks way too fast. Even at normal speed it would have been too fast for me to keep up with had I actually been doing it. When screwing around with the speed and setting it to 'faster' I noticed that sometimes after talking and about to set a new location for spanking that it may have broken the number of times it allows to spank in a given instance. I've never seen 100 swats in the same location without a change in the location or speed. I've never played with the speed in the script, but I'll take a look at it later once I'm off work to see if the values are where they should be.

I think this is an existing issue with the android version of sexscripts. I've posted a message in the "glitches" forum for confirmation. If it is still a problem, I'll make an android specific fix and publish with my next set of fixes.
