Hi ispank,
So I've had a closer look at the code mostly to tweak some of the behaviour to fit my personal preferences. I do have a general comment about how the script works down below.

So, basically I felt that playerLevel doesn't really do anything, I mean it really only impacts the initial number of spanks and that's about it. The way that I tweaked my code was that I made almost everything depend on playerLevel. In particular whenever strict is adjusted I made it a function of player level, the standard:
strict = strict + 3
is now
strict = strict + playerLevel
But I also made extra punishments like Edging be a function of playerLevel.
I think numRounds stays as a function of offenseLevel, and numSeries as a function of all three, playerLevel, severity and offenseLevel.
I basically just felt both playerLevel and severity were a bit underused.
So, the disciplinarians and the receptionist keep insisting on raising your level and stuff, and at most it would increase the number of spanks you'd get by one, so it feels a bit underwhelming.
So no, I am not asking you to change the code for my sake, but I did want to send you my feedback.
Thanks for everything and I hope I am not overstepping.
Regards,
Doc Fate
