Good question.. yes but not sure that it would be a good idea. It makes the tasks more significant by only doing one a day (actually 16 hours) and we still only have 21 tasks for the guys in the system so it would soon get a bit boring repeating tasks. The timeout idea was suggested a while ago..



I may end up by reducing the timeout to say 6 hours with an option to increase or reduce the time in the tasks.. but will see

If you really must get round it you can insert the following line near the top of the subcontrol.groovy script to override it but would not recommend it:

Just checking the slave market and we appear to be hovering around 68 unclaimed slaves so running v. slow and will be freaking doti out..

I have made a few changes to the SlaveMarket that I will upload with the next update so it will not appear to hang while loading all the slaves... and have filtered out the slaves that can't be bothered to change the default description text. Even with that it appears I need to do a bit of a rework to display more slaves or manage the number better.. The best idea I have so far is to reduce the expiry date on market profiles to say 2 days?

Perhaps it would be easier to display a random slave from the slave market each time, with a button on the bottom right to view the next random slave.

That way you could also display the slave's profile picture on the left.

Yes that sounds a much better idea.. will be much faster not needing to load them all but will need to update the sub side as it currently does not pass the picture through to the slave market.. will try and do that tomorrow

Ok thats a new control version uploaded.. Just need to check the sub version as well before I upload that...

The highlights of ver1.1 that i remember...

• Now buffers the tasks on the local computer so should stop all the issues with server calls returning null during tasks.
• A simple system for subs to tip Mistresses/Masters - Just if they like - please don't go don't the financial blackmail route..
• Reworking of Slavemarket - now displays random sub and lets you select or look at another.. much faster with the current 76 subs in the market
• Subs can now in addition to tasks ask to be punished or do a chore.
• The mood of the script's mood is now influenced more by what you do and will effect your chance of cumming, how hard you are punished etc...

Any idea how I may/can fix this?

Sorry, if it not connecting to the server there is no way to get the script to work - as it says this is critical. It sometimes does not work at busy times but if its not working even after leaving it half an hour I would suggest you have a problem with your internet connection blocking access? May be worth seeing if one of the other scripts that use the internet work? e.g. "The worst picture" So not much help, I'm trying to optimise the number of calls it makes but this will not help you if it fails at the first call..

If this is the corresponding error, it may be interesting. Liz it means there is an existing integer value with only a space (not null, not missing) in the central properties file.

Looking at this again - by the time it gets to the "trouble connecting" message it has only read 2 values from the server (both integers):


And to the display the message one of them is returning null for you. Both of these values appear valid numbers (and are working for everyone else). So I don't think the issue relates to whats in the error file.. Can't see anything that can cause this other than a problem with your internet connection being just the 5th command in the script. Sorry but not sure I can do anything here

Looks like we have made it upto 30 tasks for guys So should start to be a bit more interesting for subs and a wider selection for devious mistresses to force a task

Anyway - if anyone out there wants to add a few more tasks and struggle with the task editor and suggesting them you can send some ideas here and I will add them
