I get this error whenever I try and download any scripts using File, import from URL.
I can download the .zip files and drag and drop the files into the correct places and then use file,open to run scripts without error but the import from URL option never works for any script.
Online functions also do not work for all internet tagged scripts as well and I believe the problem is related.

Attached is a picture of the popup error.

I am on a windows 7x64 computer.
I have tried reinstalling java and SS.
Reinstalling does not fix the problem.

My first guess is a firewall issue (java as a client to ports 80 and 443).
