Hey guys. I just found this site and it looks pretty good. Unfortunately I can't open the program for some reason. I get a groovy error. I'm on a Mac running Mountain Lion.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Ok, very clear message, thank you.
Please check if :
- you ran (clicked on) sexscripts.sh, not sexscripts.jar *
- you deflated all from the .zip file before running sexscripts.sh (and not : started from inside the .zip file)
- where you deflated, you can find the file lib/groovy-2.0.6.jar

* On this case Perhaps clicking on sexscripts.sh will do nothing, or open a text editor. In this case, please follow the guidance in this Stackoverflow page. Also, clicking on sexscripts.jar may work, but not with the last releases, it will works with the next one.

I have a problem like this as well.
But i use Lion and i have the required java version. My problem comes after i started th .sh file which i renamed into .command to start it in the bash. But then i get the message from the bash that:

i renamed the folder but content is still the same

Can someone help me?

From the bash, can you try directly ?


You confirm sexscripts.jar is there ?

It looks like a directory problem.
Can you try the .command file below ?

It should have the privilege of eXecution, that is :
- Open up Terminal.app
- Type into Terminal.app : chmod +x
- drag the sexscript.command into Terminal.app (so it'll then look like chmod +x /xyzxyzxyz....)
- hit return

Let me know if it works ; I only did light tests on Mac OSX in 2011, nothing since then
