Hello everyone,

i have a new computer and downloaded SS again. But it doesn't work... I followed the instructions in this thread: https://ss.deviatenow.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=175

But at "3 - Double-click on sexscripts.exe" i have a problem. The programm doesn't open. Instead there is a box called 'No Java?' and telling me: "Java has not been found on your computer. Do you want to download it?"

I clicked 'OK' and was lead to https://www.java.com/de/download/ to download java. I installed it and tried again. But it's still the same problem. It's still asking me to install Java. (Also a restart of my computer didn't work).

Can anybody help me?

I'm using Windows 10 Home, Version 2004, 64bit
Java Version 8 Update 271

Mine gives that same error too, but it always launches if I double click sexscripts.jar which launches the java executable directly. It's what I've been doing since I started using Sexscripts back in February 2020.

Ah, that worked! sexscripts.jar was connectet do the wrong programm (it was always opened with winrar...) - now it's workling! THX

I am having this same problem and I am not able to launch the .jar file for some reason. any help would be great!

Doubleclicking Sexscripts.jar only get me a dialogue box telling me to make sure I extracted the zip file. I think I did.

It works now! I don't know what I did, but it finally works. Maybe it was because I used the offline installation.
