Our european fellows may be affected by a new law, the "Article 13", from june 20, 2018 onwards. If ever this go through, the SexScripts website would be possibly affected as a container and provider of copyrightable content (even if not hosted by a EU company). Of course, in this case, we will ignore this law and any of the linked "obligations", and make everything possible in order to maintain a normal use of this website by the european victims. |

doti, While I am by no means an expert, assuming this law goes through, could sex scripts be hosted on non-EU servers? EU users could use a VPN if that was necessary, though I am not clear that an EU user accessing a site not in the EU needs to do anything. DO |

Any server anywhere would have to comply, but probably being out of the EU would be one mean of defense. |
