skip a part of the script

Is there any way to skip a part of a script for example
in my many mistresses script i have a part in the script that is optional so is there a command to jump to another point in the script

There is no jump or goto. But you can make a big part optionnal with a simple if :

show(...)

if( conditionResolvedOrNot ) {
  show(...)
  show(...)
}

show(...)
show(...)
