1 - Download from the index page of this website

2 - Create a directory somewhere on your computer, and deflate the zip file you just downloaded inside it

3 - Double-click on sexscripts.exe (Linux, OS X : sexscripts.sh)
(3bis - it doesn't start ? an error message should appear, follow instructions or come back to this forum and ask about it)
4 - Answer the first few questions about you (they are not sended anywhere ; you should fill the forms about your toys and clothes too, now or as soon as possible)
5 - Launch one of the included scripts : in the menu, choose file > open, and Double-click on one of them


Advanced use :
- Too slow / too fast ? You can change the speed using menu > script > speed. Speeds are 0.5x, 1x, 2x, 4x.
- You may restart a script at any moment using menu > script > restart (the script may take this into consideration later)
- You can edit existing scripts, create new scripts, and publish them : see below and the dedicated forum.

1 - Go to the "Scripts" page

2 - Choose a script. Click on tags on the right to filter (and on all to show all scripts again)

3 - Copy the URL : use right click on the title, and "copy link address"
4 - Launch SexScripts software
5 - Go to menu > File > Import from URL...

6 - Paste (Ctrl+V on Windows) the address, click [ok], and wait
7 - The script was downloaded and inflated, you can open it now (menu > File > Open...)

(you can instead simply download the script .zip file, and inflate it in the SexScrips folder)

3 - Click on Open... button and choose a script
4 - Make some changes, following documentation in its dedicated forum
5 - Click on Check button to quickly check the syntax
6 - Click on Save button
7 - In the main window, go to menu>script>reset to test it

1 - Launch SexScripts software
2 - Go to menu>script>edit to open editor
3 - A very simple script has been created for you from a template file. Save it now, click on the Save button, and choose a name. The default directory (.../scripts/) for the file is the good one, you should not change it.
4 - You may test it now : in the main window, go to menu>script>reset to test it
5 - Click on the editor window, and change some things. You may then test it again. Follow the documentation in the dedicated forum.

Tips :

• Simple scripts are very easy to do. "showButton()", "wait()" and "show()" will be enough to do most of the things
• Check will search syntax errors in the script. It will show them on the bottom of the editor, or nothing if there's none. It's a 2-pass check, a syntaxic one, and a simulation. The simulation can fail in an infinite loop ("abort"), don't care then.
• Script syntax is very strict. If there is any error, script will halt. To avoid this, use the check button, and test it yourself.
• There are 2 scripts included in standard distribution that may help you : simpleexample.groovy (simple) and test.groovy (for advanced writers).

There are a lot of image galleries on the internet, web pages that are usually showing 5 to 20 sexy pictures. You can create (or extend) a script with those pictures ; it's one of the easiest ways to create a new script for authors.
1 - Launch SexScripts software
2 - Go to menu>Script>Edit to open the editor
3 - Browse the web, find a gallery web page, copy the URL ("http://www...") of it in your clipboard (Ctrl+c in the URL bar, or something like that)
4 - Go to File>Picture Gallery import..., and copy (Ctrl+v ?) the URL, and click Ok

5 - Choose between delays and buttons (separating two pictures)
6 - Wait ; it downloads the pictures, sometimes downsizing them, and create a skeleton script
7 - Check in the lower pane that there are no errors. If it fails, you can report it in the forum, probably the galery page has been protected (quite rare), or is very badly written (rare also).
8 - In the script, complete the missing texts, where there are numbers between quotes instead ("1", "2"...)
9 - Change delays (or button's texts) if needed
10 - Move the licence comment at the end, change it, and update the first line of the script (infos, color...)
11 - Save it, test it, publish it

CyberMistress was a previous program that disappeared, but you may find some scripts made for it.
This is a quite advanced task, as, for most of scripts, there will be, after import, some various modifications/corrections to do.
1 - Launch SexScripts software
2 - Go to menu>Script>Edit to open editor
3 - Go to File>Cybermistress import..., and choose a .CM file.

4 - Check it, there should be no error (if any, please report in this forum)
5 - Look for comments in the generated code, you may have some more work to do, if you unsure, you can ask about it in this forum.
6 - Move the licence comment at the end, change it, and update the first line of the script (infos)
7 - Save it, test it, publish it (if not prohibited).

If a script has more than one part (.CM file), it will be the same thing in SexScripts.

Milovana is a website with some teases ("classic tease" and "flash tease") that are similar to scripts of SexScripts.
0 - Update Java to Java 8 or more (or use Java 6)
1 - Launch SexScripts software
2 - Go to menu>Script>Edit to open the editor
3 - Go to File>Milovana import..., and set the URL adress of the first page of the tease, something like "https://www.milovana.com/webteases/showtease.php?id=1000" or "https://www.milovana.com/webteases/showflash.php?id=1000"

4 - Wait (sometimes more than one hour)
5 - Check it, there should be no error (if any, please report in this forum)
6 - Move the licence comment at the end, change it, and update the first line of the script (infos)
7 - Save it, test it, publish it (if not prohibited).

Warning ! Very big tease will result in very big script. Reducing the size of the images can be a good idea for the heaviest ones.

Do this as soon and as often as you want, your script may even be not complete at all
1 - Edit, check and save your script. Check also that it follows as much as possible script recommandations.
2 - Fill / check the first line of the script (author, summary...)
3 - "Check" or "Run" your script, this will (internally) complete the list of used resources (sounds, images...)
4 - In the editor, use menu>File>Publish...

5 - In the popup window, check the list of resources, and complete it. It should contains all yours, and not others. These are pictures, scripts, sounds that will be included in the published zip archive. Some may be missing, as here you'll see only the last used resources. You can use some * in the file path (example : images/myscript/*. You can check the box at the end, it will so save the list in the main script file, completing/graying this window the next time to save time.
6 - Click on Ok and wait (depending on the size - too big packages will even fail).
Notice : a script will replace another if title and authors are staying the same.

SexScript gets improvements sometimes (well, often). Realtime informations : see on the main page (the "Current release" date), in the software itself (menu>help>about), and in the software folder ("readme.txt").

• Release date : when it was uploaded to the website
• Release number : internal information, see "readme.txt"
• API number : information for script writers, sometime updated (current value : 9). If this number changes, it means that some features have been added to the script language. The old scripts will still work, but the new scripts will need the last SexScripts release

To update SexScripts : download the software archive (on the main page), and erase old files with new files.
