I don't think that this device can connect to a local service (something like the SexScripts software on your PC or Android device), but I can be wrong. Can the requested web service be on a local network (found by its IP address for example) ? I don't know.

I took a look at amazon web services for alexa and some tutorials to write your own skills. it would be neccessary to built an web accessible api for sexscripts, so a server side (single) instance that handles various scripts. therefore it would be necessary to enable (session based) multiuser support. so there is no easy way. first step would be to transfer sexscript to a standalone multiuser webservice. than to build an api and then write an alexa skill that uses this api. this could also be done with the open google speech recognition and text 2 speech api. a lot of work, but it would be a big step for sexscripts.
