All good suggestions. There actually is some randomness to the punishment. You'll usually get a punishment that fits the crime, but not always. We end up deleting quite a few cases were people didn't have the "equipment", but the punishments are purposely selected to include stuff you could pretty easily acquire within 24 hours notice.

I also agree about the collateral. I think that should probably be refreshed every month at least. I've seen some fails that were auto-reduced in size by the sex scripts server since they were so old. We definitely need to be more attentive to that issue.

I'll try to find some more time to work on this script. I've been busy with spin-the-bottle recently. In the meantime, I hope people don't forget about courtroom. It's been quiet recently, but I still think it has a lot of potential. I haven't played myself yet, but still plan to try one of these days.

I just discovered sexscripts a couple of days ago.
After playing around a bit (mostly spinthebottle), I wanted to give courtroom a try.
So I made my setup and gave a collateral. By waiting for the approvemnet, I checked back a few times to see if it is still pending.
During this, the script asked once about my real name maybe because I was using my nick (same as here). I gave my firstname and the first letter of my sirname.
Since then, every time I try to check back, the script tells me, there is a problem with the internet and I should check it.
Though, since I can write this text and put it online, there is no problem with my internet connection
So what can I do?

And: I have to thank the developers of this system and scripts for there effort and work they have spend so far and in the future! I apprechiate this very much! Thank you all!

It's me again...

Problem solved. I did this by chaning back my new selected Name into the original name (same as intro.name). After this I could enter the courtroom again.

My collateral got not approved as far as I see. Now is the question, why it didn't get through? My best guess would be, because my face might not be visible or it is to ugly?

In case of the face issue, would it help to add a face-shot to the picture to get it approved?
In case it was just not the right szene for a collateral, I could do just the minimum...

This brings me to an idea to improve the program: If a collateral was declined for some reason, just give a hint why not?

Hello together,

in the code of the script I have read, that further ideas for punishments are welcome and the limit watersports is mentioned. So here comes my idea of an punishment.

The punishment would be: Drink 1 glas of your own pee.
Evidence: Easy to obtain bulletproof evidence: A video of the scene.
Alterantive evidence could be a set of webcam pictures just like the ones requiret for the sperm collection.

How to execute the punishment:
In case of a video, the convicted has to cover somehow his face (A paper mask with cut's for the eyes and mouth would do the job), to prevent a full-face shot. Second, the convicted has to pee in a clear standard drinking glas. Third take that glas immediately to the mouth and empty it. To make it more difficult, there could be a (quite a small) straw required, so it is impossible to just swallow all in once and the deliquent has to taste it for much longer.

In the case of webcam evidence, it would be executed almost like the video evidence. To make cheating a little more difficult, there would be a difference: The glas has to stay still on a table during the whole punishment. To ensure this, a small sheet of paper with a random number, given by the courtroom right before execution, written on it, has to be attached onto the glas and the table with scotch tape or whatever. But the paper still has to give a clear view on the content of the glas.
During the filling of the glas a picture will be taken. To empty the glas, the convicted has to use a straw because the glas can't be moved. Over the next five minutes or so, a series of pictures will be taken randomly. The pictures must show a notable decrease of the fluid level in the glas. On all pictures the straw dissapearing in the mouth must be visible.

To make the implementation a little more easy the procedure of the punishment could be the same for both, video and webcam evidence.

I'm already working, together with ptdw, to implement the new punishment into the script. The punishment could be for "Harassment of others by disgusting behavior" if this sound's "official" enough? It is meant to punish neglected personal hygiene and littering. The punishment should educate the defendant, how others might feel if they have to deal with the offence of the defendant.

hey - I didn't no idea the getting assignment wouldn't be instantaneous and while I had a window of time to complete the task - 10-14 hours or so, that window has now gone and I need to go to work / have wife return. Otherwise great looking script: just wish I'd known it wasn't an instantaneous punishment - maybe add that into the script at the start.

It looks like your case has been removed. Actually, the punishment generally isn't instantaneous unless you want it to be. You can tell the court how much time you'll need (within reason). I've seen some request a day or two. You can then report back to the court when you're ready for punishment.

just a quick thought about the courtroom...

By publishing video evidence in public, the attention you get on xtube for instance is quite high. My electric chair video has now over 1k views. The full legnth video of the pillroy has 564 views already, just a couple of hours after it was listed in the xtube search engine. I think this could also be used as a quite embarrasing element within courtroom...

I wonder, if made more clear in the video discriptions, this would cause some advertising effect for sexscripts and/or courtroom?

I'm not sure why, but this version created a duplicate of the Courtroom script. Maybe because I added a new author?

It is very difficult to test Courtroom all the way through, so if the first few people to try end up with any problems, just PM me and I'll delete your case. I also fixed (again) the problem we had with the window limit. Hopefully it's really fixed this time!

how long after being found guilty are you able to submit for punishment again?
after failing at my first task i feel i need to resubmit myself for punishment again

I have just uploaded a vid of myself training towards the pillory punishment. I am still very new to the courtroom experience.

My first attempt was a failure so ive tried again. I couldnt find ginger so i used toothpaste on a buttplug which is itself very painful, but almost bearable.

Ill keep trying til I can complete it properly, but id suggest using toothpaste as another punishment on the script.

Hi @rubberslave26, one thing to keep in mind is that the evidence and links need to be given to the "court" inside the app. For your pillory punishment, there was only a single photo the jurors saw, which doesn't work for the pillory. As long as you read carefully and follow directions, you'll be found not guilty. Good luck!

Could someone clarify how this script works.

I know that theres a discovery period where you can submit evidence. Does the evidence become visible to everyone immediatedly or only after the end of the discovery period.

Then theres a trial period and then it says trial overdue. Can people vote on the evidence only during the trial period but not when overdue? Are there any requirements in order to be able to vote on evidence?
