Everything was working alright but I just reinstalled windows 10 pro.
Downloaded jre and jdk:



Set evironmental var. java path's like this:


Whether I try to open "groovyscripts.exe"/"sexscripts.exe"/"sexscripts.jar" I get this error:


Anyone knows whats going on ?

Fixed by downloading older version of java 8 and repathing/deleting the other one:
