Here's one for UNIX users, I expect...

Is there a way in SexScripts/Groovy to convert the getTime result (how many seconds have elapsed since 1/1/1970!!!) into a human-readable "current date"?

Since this "epoch time" is - I'm guessing - a common internal date format but not one most people actually understand, I'd like to have my script get the current date and then relay it to the user in a format they understand ("1st of April, 2013" or "01/04/13 for example).

I understand this isn't so much a SexScripts question as a "how the heck does this strange time/date format even work?" but hopefully someone knows the answer or at least the conversion formula(s) to do it manually (all I could find online were "automatic converters").
